DUE DILIGENCE
We will ask for more in-depth background details, documents, dates, contracts, survey reports and the steps already taken to pursue the claim. You will receive unbiased advice regarding the legal merits, enforceability and an assessment of a fair recovery value.
STEP III
ACTIVE PURSUIT
We will attempt to resolve the matter through commercial discussion, but we will not hesitate to employ litigation and arbitration. When settlement terms are offered we will give our unbiased assessment on whether to reject or accept.
